"Easy return, refund took a little while"
Returning the jeans was simple. The instructions were clear, and I got the shipping label fast, so that part was nice. I did think the refund would show up sooner though, and I kept checking my account, which got a little annoying. Not a huge deal or anything, just slower than I expected. Overall it was fine, just kind of a mixed experience.

"Finally found jeans that fit without the waist gap"
I’m curvy with a smaller waist, so I’m always a little hesitant to order jeans online because the fit can be so hit or miss. These actually fit my shape without that awkward gap in the back, which was such a relief. I’m really happy with them and feel good about ordering another pair soon.

"Good jeans, but I feel dumb for trusting the stock"
The jeans are actually nice and the site is easy to use, but I keep running into the same problem: so many sizes are sold out whenever I check. It’s frustrating seeing the color I want available, then realizing my size is gone again. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they’d have a decent restock by now. It’s not a terrible experience, just really hit or miss.

"Cute jeans, but I’m not totally sold on the quality"
I ordered a pair of Good American jeans they looked really nice when I first tried them on. The fit was good at first too, but after wearing them a few times they started to stretch out more than I expected, so I pretty much have to wash them to get the shape back.
They wash fine overall and didn’t shrink much, but the color faded a little sooner than I thought it would, which makes me question the quality a bit for the price. They’re still comfy and wearable, just not amazing. I’d give them 3 stars.

"Fits just like I hoped"
I ordered my usual size and it fit exactly how I expected. No awkward tight spots or needing to guess on sizing, which was a relief. Shipping was smooth too. Overall I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again...

"Everything felt right with my order"
I ordered a pair of jeans and a bodysuit from goodamerican.com, it just felt really good when everything showed up exactly how I wanted it. The sizes were right, the colors were right, and nothing was missing. I’ve had weird little issues with other sites before, so I was kind of expecting something to be off, but nope. It was simple, smooth, and I was just really happy with the whole thing.

I’ve found some really nice stuff on Good American, especially the jeans and those easy basic tops that don’t feel like you’re trying too hard. The site is also clean and simple to move around, which always helps when you’re just browsing.
Some of the pieces are a little more trend-focused than what I usually reach for, and the colors don’t always pull me in. Nothing wrong with it, I just end up liking the idea of some things more than I’d actually wear them

The jeans do look nice, and the waist fit pretty much how I expected. But the thighs were tighter than I thought they’d be, so the sizing felt a bit hit or miss. They’re not bad at all, just maybe not as accurate as I was expecting, or maybe it depends on your body shape..

"Soft and comfy, no annoying itch"
I got my jeans last week, the fabric is way softer than I expected. I was a little worried they’d be stiff or scratchy, because jeans can be like that sometimes, but nope, they felt good right away. I wore them all day and didn’t feel uncomfortable once, which is a win in my book.

I do like a couple of the jeans I ordered, so I’m not totally disappointed. But the sizing feels a little all over the place. One pair in my usual size fit really well, and then another pair in the exact same size was oddly tight. I kept wondering if I should’ve sized up, but then I’m not even sure that would’ve worked. The quality seems fine overall, I just wish the sizing was more consistent between styles because it makes ordering kind of a guessing game

My order from Good American showed up packed really well. The box was clean, not smashed up or looking like it got dragged around, which I definitely noticed.
The jeans were folded neatly and wrapped nicely without being over the top. No weird smells, no random loose tags everywhere, nothing annoying to deal with.
It felt like they actually cared about shipping it the right way. Now I’m blaming them for making me expect this from every clothing order, because it really does make a difference. I’d order again
